SERVICES

MORE THAN A HOTEL

Together, The Alexander Hotel, a restaurant space home to Steak & Stone, The Alice Theatre, and retail space home to The Rabbit Hole, make up the Nichols Building—a historic property where hospitality, dining, entertainment, and retail come together under one roof.

A STORY CARRIED FORWARD

The Nichols building has always been rooted in family. The original owners named The Alexander Hotel and The Alice Theatre after their children, giving the property a story that was personal from the beginning.

Years later, the current owners continued that tradition. Each of the hotel’s seven guest rooms is named after one of their children or grandchildren and designed to reflect that person’s favorite colors, interests, and personality.

The result is a place that feels collected rather than created from a formula—filled with thoughtful details, meaningful names, and stories that have been carried from one generation of ownership to the next.
